I could not be happier with this purchase. Our pug, Hercules, has just passed away and I thought this would be an amazing gift for my husband as his birthday was coming up. I even was in contact with the company to change my original photo and that was very easy. It didn't take long to arrive once I approved the updated proof. This was a gift to my sister, brother-in-law, and niece (the flat-coat retriever), who live very far away from me, so I can't speak to the physical feel of the piece. They love the picture, though, as did other relatives who got to see it on my computer. I'm very happy with it too, I think it turned out very well, and I was surprised to learn how recently this company came into existence because of how smoothly everything went! The shipping problems were out of this company's control, and yet it gave recompense by sending a free digital version (worth $20) so I can keep looking at it even though it's across the country! I will definitely want to patronize these folks again the next time I want to give a gift like this.
